SBS Tax & Consulting Services is a U.S.-based tax and consultation firm founded to support individuals and businesses navigating an increasingly complex tax and regulatory environment. While our firm is based in New York City, we proudly serve clients across the United States and internationally, working with entrepreneurs, small and midsize businesses, and investors operating in multiple industries and jurisdictions.
We provide tax preparation and filing, business bookkeeping, proactive tax planning, and ongoing tax consulting, with a strong focus on accuracy, compliance, and long-term financial clarity. Founder of SBS Tax and Consulting Services
Samuel is the founder and managing member of SBS Tax & Consulting Services, bringing over 15 years of experience advising individuals and businesses across a wide range of industries and organizational sizes. His work spans comprehensive tax compliance, business bookkeeping, strategic tax planning, and ongoing advisory support for growing and complex businesses.

Samuel is known for his hands-on, highly involved approach. Rather than operating at a distance, he works closely with clients to understand how their businesses actually function—allowing him to provide practical guidance that improves operational efficiency, strengthens financial decision-making, and supports long-term profitability and continuity. His advisory style focuses on helping clients plan ahead, not just react to tax obligations after the fact.

Certified as an Enrolled Agent (highest credential the Internal Revenue Service awards), Samuel is one among the only federally-licensed tax practitioners who specialized in taxation and have unlimited rights to represent taxpayers. This credential reflects Samuel’s deep technical expertise and his ability to advocate for clients when it matters most.

Additionally, Samuel holds a Tax Coach Certification (CTC) earned through extensive tax-planning training and exam. Backed by hundreds of hours of advanced tax-planning training and hands-on experience working with business owners, he specializes in identifying and implementing practical tax-saving strategies that are compliant, effective, and tailored to each client’s business situation.
An all-around leader and problem resolution expert with vast knowledge and expertise in small business affairs, Samuel is certainly the go-to guy in any professional services firm with respect to small business accounting and tax.

Beyond his professional role, Samuel is a husband, a proud father to a young son, and a devoted British Shorthair parent. When he is not working with clients, Samuel enjoys traveling with his family, exploring new places, and spending quality time outside the office.
