  1. Refunds:

    • Refunds for tax preparation services are issued in accordance with our satisfaction guarantee policy. If a client is dissatisfied with the service provided, they may request a refund within 3 days of receiving their completed tax filings.

    • Refund requests must be submitted in writing to our office and should include a detailed explanation of the reasons for the request.

    • Refunds will be processed promptly upon approval, and funds will be returned using the same payment method originally used for the transaction.

  2. Cancellation Procedures:

    • Clients may cancel their tax preparation services at any time prior to the commencement of work. However, once work has begun on a client's tax filings, cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.

    • To cancel services, clients must notify our office in writing, either by email or by submitting a cancellation request through our client portal.

    • Cancellation requests received after work has begun will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and any applicable cancellation fees will be communicated to the client.

    • Clients who cancel their services will be provided with any completed work and documentation up to the point of cancellation.
